First Yamapi series that I’ve watched. I was looking forward to watch this way way back, and during that time, I didn’t know yamapi yet. Good thing that a friend of mine has a dvd of this, so I was spared from buying it.



The story revolved around three people, two guys and a girl. Shuji (kame) is this popular male student, who gets along with everyone, then there is this guy, Akira (yamapi), who is the exact opposite of Shuji, hmmm, Akira for me can be defined as this childish, happy go lucky/loner kind of guy. The catch is Akira always stick to Shuji’s side which annoys Shuji ‘coz it is totally ‘uncool’ to be seen with Akira. The story started with the arrival of Nobuko, a very weird girl (as in a super weirdo, mysterious, etc.), and since she is weird, she gets bully often. To cut the story short, Shuji and Akira sort of has this goal to produce Nobuko, they want to make Nobuko the most popular girl in school. I wouldn’t elaborate more, just watch it.



If you’re expecting that this is a romantic series, you’re definitely mistaken. Friendship is the most evident theme in this one. Friendship prevailed over love. It’s refreshing to watch this series. During the first few episodes I find the story ordinary, but as it neared its end, I understand why people loved this series. It gets exciting as the story develops. But it would be better if there’s some touch of love in it. I love to see Nobuko (Nobuta) and Akira together. But it’s impossible. Moving on, I was expecting that after I’ve seen this, I’ll be hooked with Yamapi, but as it turns out, he hasn’t bloomed yet in NWP, though you can see his looks improving all through out the show, he’s cutest in the last few episodes. But I love his character in here, he’s so funny, especially when he does his “kon thing” and the bumping. Love him more in Kurosagi (drools), even equaled my affection to Toma kun. Nobuta’s okay too, Maki’s cute when she makes this “Nobuta Power enter” sign. And About Kame, I love him more in Gokusen. A good series but it isn’t my favorite.

Devil Beside You on dramarama sa hapon.

          First it was Hanadan 2. Now, it’s Devil Beside You. Seriously, what is happening to GMA? If before, I was so eager to see this series on television, now I’m not happy with it being shown. First, I would not be able to watch it. Second, the time slot isn’t that great. I’m predicting that it would only gain a rating between 15-20 %. There’s this part of me that wishes that it would be shown in the summer, or even if it isn’t possible, GMA should put it in primetime. Third, I’ve seen the commercial, they’ve changed Ah Mon’s name to Bryan and Qi Yue’s to Queenie (I guess?), medyo okay na sana if only hindi ko narinig yung pagkakadub, OMG, yung voice na ginamit nila kay Mike doesn’t suit him, ewan ko ba. Lastly, I hate the fact that they’ve changed its title to “Devil Beside Me”, feeling ko ang laking pagkakaiba talaga. Di din masyadong attention getter ang trailer. Anyway.

 

            I’ve read sa Tsinoy na ipapalabas na nga daw siya, so okay, medyo ayos na din, pero kanina nung nakasakay ako sa MRT at napadaan sa harap ng GMA, nagulat ako sa title. I was like “Oh no x10”. Buti na lang yung pic ni Mike dun sa billboard e yung cute siya, kung hindi – arrrrgggghhhhhhhhh. Bakit ako nagsesemyento? It’s because Devil Beside You is one of my favorite series ever. Pero in fairness mas okay na din yung slot niya kung icocompare mo dun sa time slot ng It Started With a Kiss dati.

 

            Pero one thing I’ve noticed with our Local Television is that sobrang hilig talaga nila sa mga Koreanovelas. Hindi naman masyadong obvious na puro Koreanovela na lang ang pinapalabas nila tuwing gabi di ba? Wala pa atang ibang asian series na pinalabas ng 6pm onwards (I’m referring to our 2 giant networks).  Kasi hindi pa siguro pumapatok sa panlasa nang masa ang mga Jdoramas at Chinovelas, at kung may mga pumatok man dati, di na siya nasundan, or to put it into other words, di masyadong malakas ang hatak. How I wish na magboom na dito sa Pinas ang mga Jdrama, mas unique kasi yung mga stories nila and shorter. Yung chinovelas naman e mas funny and light hearted type. I have nothing against Knovela, kasi nag eenjoy din naman akong panuorin sila, ang sa akin lang dapat bigyan nang magandang exposures ang ibang series. Hmppp.

        Nangyari ang lahat nang aming mabatid na walang klase sa EEE11. At dahil walang magawa sa buhay at gustong magliwaliw kahit panandalian, kami ay napasugod sa Sunken Garden, sa kadahilanang ngayong linggo ay UP Fair, kami ay naglibot at tumingin nang mga pagkain sa paligid, nang kami’y mabato na ay amin nang tinahak ang labasan. Maya maya pa’y napansin na namin na lubhang maputik ang aming dinadaanan.

        Pero dahil siguro gusto naming makaranas nang adventure ay tuloy pa rin kami, nang mabahidan ng putik ang aming mga tsinelas at sapatos ay nawalan na nang gana ang iba at bumalik na, pwera sa akin at kay Kat, siguro dahil tinatamad na din kaming bumalik at abot tanaw na ang malinis na damuhan, tinangka naming bagtasin ang basa at maputik na daanin. At ayun, ang unang nabiktima ay si Kat, naiwanan ang tsinelas sa putikan, ito naman ay aking dinampot at ako’y sumunod. NGUNIT – hindi ko inaasahang malalim pala ang putik at ako’y nalubog. Nakaahon ako pero wala na ang isang kabiyak ng tsinelas, sa matinding takot na ako’y umuwing walang saplot sa paa ay kinapa ko sa maputik na damuhan ang aking pinakamamahal na tsinelas, at presto ito’y nakita ko. Iyun nga lang para itong putik na tinubuan ng tsinelas. At anu ang ginawa ng aking mga kasama? Ayun at kinuhanan pa kami ng litrato. Pagkaahon na pagkaahon ko sa maduming putikan ay agad kong nabatid na madami pala ang nakakita sa aming “palabas”.

        Ngayong nakuha ko na ang aking tsinelas, mayroon na naming isang balakid ang nakaamba. Paano ako makakauwi sa dormitoryo na puno ng putik ang mga kamay, paa at pantaloon? Salamat na lamang at may nakapansin sa aking paghihirap. Lumapit sa akin ang dalawang batang babaeng nagbebenta ng ipit at sinamahan nila ako sa pinakamalapit na hugasan. Sobrang laki talaga nang utang na loob ko sa kanila, malas nga lang at wala akong dalang pera nang panahong iyon, sana nakabili ako sa kanila. At duon natapos ang aking araw.

waaa, naadict na ata ako. Ito pa isa, kahit di ko pa napapanood yung drama na 'to, pero nung nakita ko yung trailer for the movie, nagandahan talaga ako. Grabe, YAMAPI!!!!!!!!! Sila pala ni Maki ang partner dito, I'm watching Nobuta currently, pero mas like ko si Pi sa kurosagi.

Daite Senorita- Yamapi

shoot. I was starting to prepare myself to watch a Pi series, and while I was searching, this video appeared. Hmmmm, this song rocks, my current LSS, Pi looks cuter with his hair black. Grabe napanood ko yung video nung kinanta niya 'to ng live, omg, he's so HOT, especially pag dun sa chorus part. Pero di ko pa din pagpapalit si Toma! Toma pa din. haha

American Idol - Renaldo Lapuz (Filipino)

OMG, this is the first time that I've seen this video, though I've heard of him. All I can say is that ~ hahahahahahha. Have you seen Simon's expression? so so hilarious. I don't know if i'll be proud of Renaldo or what, but he has guts. And he has the heart, so i'll guess that would count. Hmmmm, his accent reminds me of someone. hulaan niyo na lang

Green Forest

Sabi ko sa new year’s resolution ko, I would temporarily stop sa pag mamarathon ko ng mga series. I tried, but I failed. It turns out na adiksyon ko na ‘to.

At ang latest na napanood ko ay ang Green Forest. I’ve known of its existence siguro nung July pa, pero dahil sa lagi naman akong nasa dorm, wala talaga akong chance na mapanood siya. Then one sunday, while I was watching television, saktong siya yung nag aair, and from the looks of it, parang kasstart pa lang ng story.

And just like the other cases, na attract na naman ako sa story. Nandun kasi si Leon, ever since napanood ko siya sa Le Robe, isa na siya sa mga nasa list ko ng “alam niyo na.” And one thing more, nandun din si Ethan Ruan, been hearing his name dati pa, friends niya kasi si Mike and Joe, and he’s cute. About the lead actress, Esther’s beautiful, she looks so innocent, basta yun na yun.

Story. Di naman ako nabore sa story, kahit similar yung storyline niya dun sa mga iba ko nang napanood, di pa rin ako nagsasawa, kahit nga walang audio pinagtiyagaan ko pa rin siyang panuorin. Siguro sanayan na rin yung pagwawatch ng mga ganitong shows, everybody has his/her own taste, meron sigurong nacocornyhan dito. Attention getter kasi yung first few episodes niya, you would yearn for more, sa kalagitnaan parang medyo nakakapagod na yung story, pero go pa din. Maraming funny at kilig parts. Yung mga elements na makikita mo sa isang basic Taiwanese series eh litaw na litaw dito.

Siguro hanggang dito na lang muna. I have a series na gusto ko na talagang mapanood ~ Nobuta wo Produce, if ever ito ang unang Yamapi series na mapapanood ko.Share ko lang. JA!

Finally.

It’s been long since I’ve posted an entry in my blog, been preoccupied with my studies. I’ve been through a lot lately, have never thought that college could be this hard. It may not be that hard, if not for EEE 11, programming s__cks.  And since it “     “, it affects my life, it disturbs the harmony of my inner being. lol.

 

Kung ang Hogwarts may sorting hat, ang EEE Dep’t, may EEE 11. I’m sure di lang ako ang nahihirapan dito, siguro 70 percent na akong sure na ibabagsak ko ‘to, and if ever nangyari yun, sobrang delayed na ko. Nung tiningnan nga namin ni Kat yung mga future subjects namin, puro EEE 11 ang pre- req. argghhh. At dahil nga nasa bingit na ako ng alanganin, kung anu ano nang bagay ang naiisip ko. Umabot na nga sa point na nagpaplano na akong magshift, feeling ko kasi engineering is not for me, accountancy talaga kasi ang like ko. Pero it all depends sa resulta ng EEE 11 ngayong sem. Kung kailangang gapangin ko lang para matapos ko ang Comp. Eng. gagawin ko, okay kasi ang future ko sa course ko.

 

Bakit ako nagdadarama? Di ko kasi napass ang MP ko, hay fifteen percent na ng grade ko ang nawala, plus ung mga ME namin di ko magets.

 

Sa totoo lang lagi akong stress, nagkasakit na nga ako eh,

 

Pero though ganun, may masaya pa rin naming nangyari, nagka laptop na ko. Yey. Natupad na yung isa sa mga pangarap ko. Haha. As of now, sobrang nag sstrive na ko, since malapit na ang bakasyon, medyo masaya na rin ako. Gusto ko nga sanang magsummer but wala akong matutuluyan, so ayun, two and a half months din akong mabuburo. ^^
